My approach to bodywork integrates training in Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and passive assisted stretching. Each session is a dance between the science of anatomy, physiology, and movement; and the art of adjusting pressure or depth according to what is needed by the body in each moment.

Allow the warmth and weight from Mama Earth’s “bones” to draw out, absorb, and free you from tension. Heated basalt stones, noted for their ability to retain heat, are hallmarks of this therapy.The heated stone massage treatment is a wonderfully healing and grounding experience.
Each session is tailored to your needs or concerns on that day, taking into account other information including your health history form and our prior work together. I use an unscented blend of organic oils by Sacred Earth Botanicals. Lavender, peppermint, and a few essential oil blends are available as well.
I am available by appointment Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and on Sundays.
